All Sales are subject to and expressly conditioned upon the Terms and Conditions contained herein, and upon Buyer's assent thereto. No Variation of these Terms and Conditions will be binding upon Seller unless agreed to in writing and signed by an officer or other authorized representative of seller

The individual completing this form agrees to unconditionally guaranty payment of whatever amount shall at any time be owing to OBB Starters and Alternators, Inc. Whether said indebtedness be in the form of notes, bills, or open accounts. This shall be an open and continuing guaranty and shall continue in force notwithstanding any charge in the form of indebtedness, or renewals or extensions granted, without obtaining consent there to, and until expressly revoked by written notice from the undersigned as to any indebtedness contracted prior to such revocation. The individual completing this form additionally and severally unconditionally guaranty payment of any interest due and all costs of collection, including, but not limited to, court costs and a reasonable attorney's fees. Notice of indebtedness and of default in payment is hereby waived. It is agreed that all invoices rendered to the individual completing this form will be payable to OBB Starters and Alternators, Inc. at PO Box 1356, Tavernier, FL 33070. In the event of default in payment, any merchandise may be picked up without prior notice and any suit for collection may be brought in Monroe County, FL.
